Author Molly Kate Brown has twenty years of healthcare experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings caring intimately for the health & well-being of others. Currently, work as a Nurse Practitioner. She is a provider of wellness & mindfulness through her guidance, coaching, & consulting. Life and silence have been her greatest teachers.

Molly is the author of the award-winning inspirational true tale Learning to Walk in India: A Love Story, in which she shares about her life-threatening illness. She journeyed back from a life-altering, disabling health opportunity (illness) in 2007. The return to wellness has included deep introspection, opening, plants and herbs as medicine, exploration of different diets with a focus on plant-based nutrition, western medicine, and many alternative/natural modalities such as holotropic breathwork, acupuncture, and a polishing of the temple of the body and the sacred presence that abides within. She is blessed to live in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado, with her beloved husband.
