Water Fasting: Attending to the Temple

Today is day one of a seven day water fast. Last time I water fasted was last spring which resulted in profoundly improved cognition/clarity, improved vision, balanced hormones in that night sweats stopped, and deepening of spirit (not why I did it, but some of the by-products). I water fast because guidance nudges me to do so.

AND research demonstrates water fasting cleanses toxic load stored in fat, replaces damaged immune cells, increases stem cell production, decreases inflammation, improves cholesterol, blood pressure, and therefore heart health, boosts brain function, slows tumor growth, repairs lining of gut. Need more reasons?

A tidy house or car free of dust & cobwebs feels good. As it is above it is below. Care for the temple of your being.
